我注意到你的交易里有一个特点，喜欢在下降趋势里做多，上升趋势里做空，对于普通的交易者来讲，这是投机所忌讳的。也就是平时谈的市场大忌，接飞刀。主流的合理做法是上升趋势里，等待回调完毕，再度启动时跟进做多，而不是逢高沽空；下降趋势里，等待反弹结束，行情再度启动时做空。而不是逢低做多。这种方式已经给你的帐户造成了数次损失。值得观察和总结并把它归结为一类错误，有必要的话，则及时纠正。

只有那些有相当经验的成熟交易者才会采用趋势的极端衰竭位置反向操作，就是所谓的抢反弹或抢回档。而且他们的手法相当迅捷，这种刀口添血的方式，新手不试也罢。对能力的要求很高。不仅仅考验技术，而且也严重地挑战交易心理。至少我不会考虑向这个方向发展。在个人的选择，当然也不能否定这种做法是错误的，毕竟从实用主义的角度出发，所有的交易方式都是手段，而稳定获利的结果才是最终的目的，目的说明一切。
