12: EUR/USD rebounded from the 1.2765/70 area with Spanish names among the main
buyers on the dip, dealers report. There is some vague talk about one of the
principal European central banks capping the rally in the 1.2805/10 at present,
with talk of further offers now at 1.2820/30. The market looks like it may have
gotten itself a bit short-intraday, and may be vulnerable to a squeeze on a
break of 1.2830. European corporates remain under-hedged and will likely be
