昨日的买入信号

我看一篇汇评，说在昨日欧元美元小时图中（如下）， 在1.0680处发出了买入信号，有那位长老能给解释以下为什么吗？多谢。

It is another example how smart it is these "experts".If you check the last four figures of Euro (post at 9:00 am and sometime afternoon in the last couple of days) from this net, you can find these guys never alert the signal as 斑竹 indicated.

Acturally, the buying signal should be suggested after broken the neck line - roughly around 1.0760 on the chart.
