Boston, December 12: Apparently
not happy with the slow pace of the dollar decline, Treasury Secretary Snow is
throwing some fresh fuel on the fire, calling the decline in the dollar         
"orderly" and not making one peep in opposition to the slide. Fresh highs await.

First Snow commented about letting the currency markets set the level of the   
Dollar, now Snow says the Dollar is still high on a trade weighted basis. The   
latter suggesting not that the US has a strong Dollar policy, but that the      
greenback has further to fall.USD/CHF is hitting fresh session lows ay 1.2617
as corporate bids are being overwhelmed by spec selling. Large stops are seen   
below 1.2600 and could easily send prices down to 1.2475/1.2500 support. --

Soft interest rates as far as the eye can see combined with official            
indifference should underpin such a test. S slight overshoot is possible as
