外汇强弱指数的英语译为 Foreign Exchange Strength Index (FESI) 是本人在一年前自行研究的一种测市指标，分为短期外汇强弱指数和长期外汇强弱指数。也可以说是我的心血的结晶。这个指标的主要功能是通过数字的大小来显示目前每种货币的强弱程度，因为数字的大小一目了然，所以入场时尽量买进数值大的币种，卖出数值小的币种。当然，必须配合即时的市场趋势的情况。以下是6月10的外汇强弱指数：

For example, 现在显示美元的指数最大，为29，纽元的指数最小，为-5，而且目前NZD/USD的短线和长线趋势都已进入下行通道，所以可以逢高估出。至于具体应该在什么位置估出，则有两种方法，一种是看NZD/USD小时图MACD向下形成死叉时可以估出，也可以参考RSI相对强弱指标，这是短线估出的方法。还有一种方法就是找出目前NZD/USD的阴力位，现在的阻力位在0.78, 也就在说可在0.78以下位置估出，但止损必须设在0.78以上，这是长线估出的方法。
以上是个人的意见，希望能抛砖引玉。另外如有人发现别人已经用过我的说的外汇强弱指数，也请告知我，我可以参考一下他的使用方法。
